I pay for Medicare from my SS check and did not receive a 1095HC form. My state tax shows I need to fill out a worksheet?? Didn't have to do that for prior years.

Massachusetts was piggy-backing off the federal form while the Obamacare penalty was in place, but now the state requires the worksheet separaetly.

Since you have Medicare, complete the MA Health Insurance interview as follows:

- Health insurance met MCC all year

- You had "something else" (not private)

- Select Medicare / MassHealth / Tricare from the list of choices

You don't need to enter 1099-HC information.
