I paid taxes on my IRA Rollover distributions. Where in Turbo Tax can I enter the $5000 of taxes shown on my 1099Rs that I paid?

Enter the 1099-R.

It should be coded to show it was a roll-over.

The federal tax paid will be listed in box 4

And after you do that TurboTax will include as a credit on Form 1040 line 25b the amount from box 4.
