I only take social security and and $31.22 in a gas royality. Why can't I use the free Turbo Tax?

Unfortunately, the gas royalty uses a form that is not supported by the TurboTax Free program.

Situations not covered in TurboTax Free Edition include:

Itemized deductions
Business or 1099-MISC income
Stock sales
Rental property income
Credits, deductions and income reported on schedules 1–3, such as the Student Loan
