Are you saying that your total taxable income for 2019 was less than $2,000?

Even if your total income is less than the $12,200 filing requirement for a Single taxpayer, you may be required to file a Federal tax return because you had net earnings from self-employment (reported on a 1099-Misc) of at least $400.

I sent in return got a reject and paid the $380. to the irs with debit card ,after sent the fix return why would i need to send $380. more ?
