I was asked about my w2 form (wages &salary) but what I have are CSA FORM 1099R (wages & salary) and SSA-1099.
If a W-2 employer transferred from 2019 you can delete it. There is nothing to report.
To enter your CAS-1099R view the information here to make the correct selection. Their boxes a just slightly different.
See the images below (TurboTax Desktop has a selection screen for the CSA-1099R..
All SSA-1099 forms get entered in the same place:
In TurboTax, search for the term social security benefits and then select the Jump to link at the top of your search results.
I only have Form SSA-1099. It's asking for CSA FORM 1099R. What do I do?
I have only SSA-1099
Instead of selecting the CSA 1099R tile select the "Other Financial Institution" tile to enter your 1099R.
Revisit the "IRS, pension, 401k...(1099R)" topic and "Add another 1099R". Continue through to arrive at the page to select the source of your 1099R.
Its a social security benefit statement
Its SSA-1099. Is that the same as the ones that end with R ? im sorry
See Where do I enter an SSA-1099, SSA-1099-SM, or SSA-1099-R-OP1? It is not the same as the 1099-R entry.
