How can I if I break up with my boyfriend make sure that my coronavirus stimulus doesn't go to him or in his bank?

If you filed your own income tax return, your check would not go to your boyfriend.  If you used his bank account to receive your direct deposit, your check may go into his account.  If you were listed as a dependent on his income tax return, you will not receive a stimulus payment.
