For some reason even though my income has not changed this year and will not change next year , my 140ES payments for AZ are very high, like by 6X times. How I fix it?

Also it's telling me that I practically need to pay all my Fed Taxes on line too ..
What did I do wrong, How can I recalculate my 2022 140ES Arizona  quarterly payments

Since we can't see your return in this forum, I would suggest you step through the Estimated Payments section again.  Try leaving the default Quarterly Dates that TurboTax shows, and just enter your payment amounts.

Remember that your 2022 Estimated Payments info does NOT get included in your tax return, and you are not required to make the payments (or pay the amount shown).

Here's more info on Estimated Payments.
