No. The info will be captured automatically when you enter the W-2.
And if it's at work it's probably a 401K not an IRA. It should be on your W2 box 12 with code D. You only enter it from the W2 nowhere else. It has already been deducted from the wages in box 1 and you can't deduct it again.
And the Roth contributions likely shown with code AA.
