Can i reduce my early withdrawal of my annuity ? I took my money out to pay for my living as i could not earn enough income to support myself?

Can i reduce my early withdrawal of my annuity ? I took my money out to pay for my living as i could not earn enough income to support myself?

There is not an exception to the 10% early distribution penalty for funding living expenses.
