What if my 1099-R form does not have a box to check when Turbo Tax asks:  Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box on this 1099-R checked?  Yes or No

If the 1099-R does not have an IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box, then the box is not checked. Answer No.
