1099-R box 12 State tax withheld does not transfer to the State Return

I've entered the 1099-R information during the Federal Return.   There was an amount in box 12, ie:  State Tax withheld, but it did not carry over to the State Return. 

There is no option during the State Return to enter it manually.  If I file this way, the State Tax return will be wrong, as the tax withheld does not include this amount.

Did you fill in boxes 13 & 14 also on the 1099-R screen ?  If not the box 12 doesn't know where to go.

Yes, boxes 13 and 14 are filled out.  It looks like the information carried over since yesterday.  The original review I got did not include it, but it looks good now.

May I suggest you log out then reboot your computer.  Then log back in the complete the state interview again to get the federal info to populate the state.
