Be sure that Form 1099-NEC is being entered exclusively as Form 1099-NEC. It would appear that there may be some details missing that are preventing the income from being sent to your Schedule C. There are some extra questions that must be answered so TurboTax knows whether this Form 1099-NEC should go to an existing Schedule C or to a new one, for example.
