Question, when entering 1099R, if you have multiple ones from the same company , can you enter the address and tax id's and make multiplel copies to save time?

If all the information is the same, including the box 7 codes, and only the box values are different, the you can total each box value from all similar 1099-R's and only enter the common information once.
