Please clarify the question?
IRA contributions are NEVER listed on your W-2. Your W-2 would list contributions to a workplace retirement plan, including 401(k), 403(b), and others. Workplace retirement plans are NOT IRAs, even though they have the same basic function, and they are controlled by different laws. You should only enter IRA or Roth IRA contributions if you contributed to a private account that you set up with a bank or investment company separate from any workplace plan.
