Program keeps asking me to enter info (every blank space) on an "Untitled" 1099-R. I have entered all my 1099-R forms correctly. I did not start another 1099-R! Why?

This seems to be a program bug.

You need to delete the "untitled" 1099-R form. Use the "trash can" icon to delete the untitled 1099-R on the 1099-R summary screen, or use the Delete a Form feature in TurboTax Online:

Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
In the left menu, select the dropdown arrow next to Tax Tools and then underneath that Tools.
In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
Select Delete next to the untitled 1099-R in the list and follow the instructions.

Thank you, the answer was exactly correct! I only wish I had that answer before I had chosen to use the Mail-in option, because the uncorrected error prevented me from E-filing. After the correction, I could not get back into Turbo-tax to take advantage of what I'd already paid for.

You can go back to file and chance from mail to e-file.

Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.

I'm having the same problem but no extra forms show up in the list. Is there a way to delete the form when it's open to be "fixed?" There is no title or information entered in the form.

@Blue434 Not sure how that happened but go ahead and enter information into the form. Doesn't matter what. Pay yourself a million bucks. Make sure to enter payer information as well including an address and 9 digit employer id number.

Now it should appear in the list of 1099-Rs with a little trashcan next to it. Click on the little trashcan to delete it.
