Please follow these steps to add your 2nd Form 1099-R:

  • Click the "Federal Taxes" Tab near the top of your screen
  • Click the "Wages & Income" Tab near the top of your screen
  • Click "I'll Choose What I Work On"
  • Scroll down to the "Retirement Plans and Social Security" Section
  • Click "Update" next to "IRA, 401(K), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)"
  • Below your first 1099-R and to the left, click on the blue box "Add another 1099-R"

If you still have trouble entering your 2nd Form 1099-R please comment below so that I can assist you further.
