I'm ready to e-file but you're saying there's a problem with a 1099r untitled. I can't find this 1099r, therefore I can't fix it.

You're asking  for payers address, and payers TIN, etc...How can I fix this untitled 1099r if  I
can't find it?

Please follow these instructions to find your Form 1099-R :

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click "Take Me To My Return"
  3. Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
  4. Scroll down to  “IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)” and click “Edit/Add
  5. The "Your 1099-R Entries" screen should come up where you can add, edit or delete 1099R forms
