I am using Turbo Tax deluxe and it is asking me for plan cost at annuity starting date on 1099-R and it is not available. Will I have to go back 39 years to get the first annuity payment information. Also there is no information in box 2a form CAS 1099R. Having trouble trying to figure out the tax amount.
