If you have already filed then you will need to file an amended return.
If you have not filed you tax then you can just revisit the 1099-R section and add the additional information.

If you already filed then wait until the IRS is done processing your return and you get the refund. They may catch that and add it in for you. And the amended return won't be ready until the end of the month.
