On the Georgia program for income, the screen Here's the income Georgia handles differently

The Social Security benefits amount should show the taxable amount of the SS benefits that has been entered on the federal form 1040 Line 6b.

I'm not sure what you are trying to enter.  Georgia does not tax Social Security, Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits.  Georgia supplements to SSI are not taxable at the state level.
