On form 1099 R if box 2b is checked but I know entire amount is taxable how do you get it to properly populate the form and not cause a 1099 matching problem?

There will not be a 1099 matching problem. Many, many 1099-Rs are issued this way, but the Box 1 amount is entirely taxable.

Enter the 1099-R as received and it will populate correctly on the 1040.
