On 1099-R amount in box 2a is differenct from box 14

I moved from MA to FL in 2016. I only received a 1099-R for MA and amount in boxes 1 & 2a are the same but differ from amount in box 14. Plan Admin tells me I won't get a 1099-R for FL because "FL knows the taxable amount". How do I handle this in TT?

Florida does not have a personal income tax so you will not need to file for Florida.  The Massachusetts amount in Box 14 is the amount you received while a Mass resident that is included on the Mass return.  You should be able to enter it as it is on the form.  If you get a message in the Mass state section, post a comment to this post, and I will follow up with you.
