Normally I use the Deluxe edition but this year I have mandatory 401k withdrawals due to age over 70.5. Should I still use the deluxe edition and how do I process?

You can continue to use TurboTax Deluxe this year and report your Form 1099-R with that version of the program.  You'll report your 4019(k) distribution under the Retirement Plans and Social Security heading.
