I am entering all our retirement accounts, turbotax is listing them all as my husband's. Most are mine. We are filing jointly. Will this matter?

No this will not impact your return by any means, on your tax return if your husband is listed first this could be why his name is coming up on all the accounts. If you do want to split the accounts still the program will automatically ask if you want to adjust the amounts into "his" & "hers".
