I received a W-2 for which shows Fed tax, SS tax and medicare tax that was withheld for a Christmas bonus be considered 1099-Misc since I am retired.

I do some consulting work in retirement for this company which they report on a 1099-Misc form.  The Christmas bonus is the only income they are reporting on a W-2

No, it would still be W-2 tax withholdings. You can still get W-2 even if you are retired.
