Need to know why my social security amount didn’t carry over on my tax return? The IRS took 900.00 out of my refund please explain

Can you clarify? When you say "didn't carry over" do you mean federal tax withheld on your SSA-1099 was not carried over? 

Did you look at your 1040 line 25b?

Here is how to look at your 1040 using TurboTax Online (For Desktop users, switch to FORMS top left)

Or did the IRS change the amount reported on Form 1040 line 6b?  If the IRS made some change that separately increased your AGI, this could have caused more of your Social Security income to become taxable.  Is the amount of your Social Security Net Benefits correctly shown on Form 1040 line 6a?
