Need to add income tax refund as reported on my Ca 1099-G but the prompts don't list that as an option

the prompts don't allow me to report a income tax refund???

Need to add income tax refund as reported on my Ca 1099-G but the prompts don't list that as an option

Enter 1099-G in the Search, choose state ad local tax refunds, then click the Jump To
