You do not claim your spouse as a dependent.  Rather, you file a Joint return with her. Enter her SSA-1099 here:

Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement > Social Security.

"still" claim her?   You never could claim her as a dependent if you were legally married.   Your filing choices if you are married are to file married filing jointly or married filing separately.   A spouse is never claimed as a dependent.

You may always file a joint return with a spouse when you are married, even if one spouse is on disability and doesn't work.  Joint filing almost always results in the highest refund or lowest taxes.  A spouse is never a dependent on a tax return, but filing jointly results in most of the same benefits, plus others.
