My wife and I are retired. We haven't had any taxes to pay or refunds for 5 years now. When can I stop filing altogether?

Please see the filing requirements listed below.  You will not have to file a tax return for 2015 if your income is less than the amount listed in the right hand column.  

Please note, these amounts change each year.  Therefore, you should verify each year whether you are required to file or not.
