You'll first need to make sure TurboTax knows that you're married.
If you're unsure, click on the Personal Info tab, and as you go thru your own information TurboTax will ask you to verify your status (married) and if you want to file a return with your spouse. Then you'll be asked to input all your wife's personal information (Name, SSN, DOB, etc).
If you're looking to add a tax refund she received for 2015, you'll do that under Federal Taxes > Wages & Income > 1099-MISC and other Common Income > State & Local Tax Refunds. TurboTax will ask you if she itemized or took the standard deduction for 2015.
