My total Social Security benefit for the year was $14,851. Do I include this on the form?

If social security is your only source of income then you are not required to file and do not need to report your social security beenfits. However, if you are required to file then a portion of your social security income may be taxable and you are required to report it. Please view the TurboTax FAQ below for more information about how social security income is taxed.

Social Security taxable amount for 2025 is not showing up on my income. I have included the social security benefit but is does no include any taxable amount on income. This is a definite error.
