My tipped job role isn't listed on the drop down. What should I select if I am an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager?

'Beverage and Food Service' from the list of industries.

Yes but for roles under Beverage and Food service, managers aren’t in the drop down!

Unfortunately, if manager is not on the list, you may be correct.

This IRS document states:

In order to claim the deduction, a worker must both be in an occupation on the list and receive qualified tips.
