My tax refund card was apparently returned by the Post Office and TurboTax has failed to notify me or have me correct any info. Please HELP! My money is being held ransom

Once your tax return was accepted, TurboTax has no control over it. If the refund came directly from the IRS. They will reach out to you. This time of year it is difficult to contact the IRS main number. You can lookup a local office and they may be able to assist you.
