Do not try to enter your SSA1099 or RR1099RB as a W-2. Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
Yes, you should report this income unless it is your husband's only income and he is filing as married filing separately. In this case, he is not required to file a tax return for 2019. Please follow the super users instructions for entering this form.
