No, if your mother's adjusted gross income is less than $6,075 she does not have to file an Oregon tax return.

Oregon does not tax social security benefits.

No, if your mother's adjusted gross income is less than $6,075 she does not have to file an Oregon tax return.

Oregon does not tax social security benefits.
