No. Did you receive a W-2 without any amounts in boxes 2 or 17 for federal and state tax? Or did you work as an independent contractor for a business or client who is not issuing a 1099NEC to you? Please explain more.
Are you an employee or an independent contractor? Did your employer withhold Social Security and Medicare taxes from your wages? If so, you are an employee and will receive a W-2.
You enter the W-2 on your tax return as received. There is not a Form 1099 that you need to complete.
If that is not the case and you are an independent contractor, then you should have been paying estimated taxes in 2023. You will have to file your tax return to report on your income and expenses on a Schedule C. You will need to upgrade to the Premium edition. If your net income is $400 or more you will owe Self-Employment taxes along with federal income taxes if your income is greater than the Standard Deduction for your filing status.
