My husband changed jobs last year and never touch his 401k from that previous job. We received a Form 1099-R but he never touched it nor rolled it over. What do I?

You might want to contact the 401k administrator and inquire why you received the 1099-R if you never withdrew or moved the money.

Did he have a loan from the 401K he didn't pay back when he left?
