My husband & I work in 1 state and reside in another. In addition, we both have 1099s.He has retirement income also. Can we use this software?

My husbands retirement and both our jobs are in a state with state tax and we live where there is no tax. Is our situation too detailed for this online software?

It will work just fine ... you will only have to file a non resident return for where you work.
