My health insurance payments are taken out of my monthly retirement deposit from my 1099R. I can't file because it's over $3000. Mine is $4200. How do I correct this?

I have two 1099R tax forms this year since I turned 60. My health insurance contributions were added together from these. Does turbo tax not account for this?

Enter only the maximum excludible $3,000 as the amount paid for health insurance.

The TurboTax site recommended mailing the return in if it could not be corrected on the program in order to E-file. If you try to change the total on the program (to $3000), the program automatically adds the $3000 to the $4200 making it $7200. You cannot change the total without changing the contributions listed on the 1099R. I ended up mailing the returns, along with the 1099R documents.
