My employers store closed. Later on they sent me my final amount in my 401k plan. it under a thousand dollars. where do I enter this information on my taxes?

Did they send you a 1099-R?

If you received the funds from your 401(K) in 2018, please follow these instructions to enter the information, with or without a Form 1099-R:

• Login to your TurboTax Account 
• Click "Take Me To My Return"
• Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
• Scroll down and click "Start or Edit/Add" next to "IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)" 
• From here, if you received a Form 1099-R you can enter it.  If you didn't receive a Form 1099-R, you can create a "Substitute 1099-R.
