My Employer doesn't have a Id in box 15 of W-2, but won't let me finish E-file. I did it previous 11 years

So since I've been employed by the city of Troy NY I've never had a State tax id number in box 15 of my w2 but now Turbotax won't let me e-file with it blank. I've not had a problem the last 11 years but this year is different.

Try entering the employer's Federal EIN in Box 15. That should clear the problem and allow you to e-file.
