My company accidentally took out $9 for a retirement policy that I hadn’t signed up for when I signed up for my insurance benefits. They refunded the money. Take it off

How can I get it off because it was still on my w2 at the end of the year.

If it isn't in your wages box1, then it doesn't matter. If so, then you can contact them for a corrected w2 or not worry about it. $9 will not affect your tax return.
