My brokerage RMD 1099-R lists 4 separate fund transactions. Can I report just the total or must I report as 4 different distributions? I received the funds as 1 lump.

You enter just the total.  Is there a total listed for each box?

No, the entries were not totaled. Each fund was listed separately.

As long as the box 7 code is the same then just combine the amounts in the boxes for each box.  It is not necessary to enter 4 separate 1099-R forms.
