My 12 year old receives survivors 1200 a month, retirement 400 a month, and interest earned 423.23 on life insurance. Does she file a tax return ?

My daughter receives 1200 a month survivor benefits from social security, 400 a month from her dads retirement from another state and they hold federal taxes, she also has 2 life insurance policies she has accrued interest on but can not touch the policies until she is of age. She is claimed on my return as a dependent. does she need to file a tax return?
