My 1099R boxes do not jive with turbotax forms. box 2 wants federal income tax paid. That corresponds with box 4 on my 1099R. /what's up?

Here is a screenshot of the 1099-R from TurboTax:

Box 2 in the W-2 is for federal taxes.

Don't enter it in the W-2 section. Go here instead: Federal > Wages and Income > Retirement.
