My 1099-R has Block 7 coded 4D as the annuitant died in 2024. TurboTax seems to only allow a one digit code. What should I enter in Block 7, a 4 or D?

Enter a 4 in box 7.

Directly below the box 7 - check the box labeled I have more than one value in Box 7

Enter the code D in the second box 7
