My 1099-G form (state tax informaiton form) doesn't match what TurboTax automatically put into the 1099-G boxes. Why are they different and what do I do?

My 1099-G for state taxes (California) from 2018 has only one value in it, and that is: $202.00, which is in box 2. When I go to the section in TurboTax about my refund, it has the following two boxes that were already filled in by TurboTax, which as you can see, are different than what I received:
Total Refund Received in 2019: 174
Total of all your payments and withholdings: 238
These two boxes in TurboTax for this section are not given numbers to match boxes on the 1099G I received, so if I were to change a box to match the number I received, I wouldn't know which to change!
Since I did my 2018 taxes through TurboTax, I would assume they would have the right numbers. Though, also, I looked up in my bank account what I received from the state tax board for my state refund, and it was $202.
