I had a 457 and 401 through my work (state employee) and contributed pre-tax money. The 457 had an option to add contributions (not pre tax) and I contributed $820 before I retired in 2015. I took the early state retirement at age 55. I was able to withdraw from the accounts immediately after retirement. I closed the accounts before December 2017. I received 3 10-99-R's. The one from the Roth account has the codes 2 and B in box 7. Turbo Tax says the 2 codes cannot be used together. If I change it, then I am not putting what is on my 10-99. I attached a screen shot.

In the follow-up to entering the Form 1099-R, make sure that you did not indicate that the distribution was from a Roth IRA. A Roth account in a 457(b) or a 401(k) is not a Roth IRA.
