Missed to include 1099-R for 2017 returns. This was for 401(k) rollover to my new employer with non taxable income. There is no change to tax, do i file amended returns?

Technically yes, practically no.  If a 1099-R with a code G, then the IRS will probably ignore it, but if you get a letter in a year or so asking about it, then just answering then letter with the copy of the 1099-R  and explanation should take care of it.  Chances are you will never get a letter.
