Military retirement income 1099-R

I receive 2 incomes from DFAS (my retirement pay and Survivor Benefit from my late wife's retirement) so I receive 2 1099-R from DFAS.  When I attempt to enter the 1099-R info the first item is to identify the Financial Institution.  DFAS (Defense Financial and Accounting Service) is not listed.  What do I use?

You want to enter an IRS form 1099-R received from Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS):

1. At the screen Let Us Enter Your Bank and Brokerage Tax Documents, to enter DFAS 1099-R information, select Skip Import.
2. At the screen Who gave you a 1099-R, select Financial institution or other provider (1099-R) Most common.  Click Continue.
3. At the screen Enter your 1099-R provider's info, enter the information by hand.
